Often, you don't have an image made to size... enter the Graphics Trimmer. Open it by choosing Graphics... under the Tools menu.
The Graphics Trimmer window has two image wells, one for masthead images and blog page icon images. When an image from the Finder is dropped to these wells, their respective radio button hilites and selects the image well. Optionally, the Open... button may also be used to open an image into the selected image well. Once in the image well, drag the image to scroll it inside the well to the place of the image you want displayed on the blog page. When the image is scrolled to the desired position, click the Export... button to save the cropped image to disk. After saving the file, the cropped image is dropped into its respective well on the main window. |
