The Inspector's Text panel controls the blog's style elements and typography. The style elements in the main window are updated as you make changes to these elements.

myBlog uses six pre-defined style elements: Masthead, Body, Title, Date, Small and Link. These are selected from an Element Style selector at the top of the panel.

The text color and alignment of each may be set, as well as a background fill color for the style element. The text color picker shows the current text color, click on it to choose another color for the style element's text. Alignment is chosen from a popup selector; text of the style element may be aligned left, center or right.

Selecting a background color for the style element is similar to choosing a background color for the blog on the RSS panel. Click the Background Fill checkbox to activate the background color picker, then click the background color picker to select a background color for the style element.

The style elements typography settings include font family, emphasis and size. The font families that may be chosen from the Font selector are: sans-serif, serif, cursive, fantasy and monospace. The Style selector allows normal, bold or italic emphasis to be chosen. The Up and Down arrows will raise and lower the point size for the text, or you may manually enter a point size for the text.
